Initiate Your Request
Log into your Geekmonkey account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
